Refund policy

Regrettably, we do not entertain refund requests for matters pertaining to incorrect sizing, style discrepancies, postage delays, one-off promotional deals, change of mind, or booking cancellations, as per our established policy. Refunds are exclusively eligible in instances where the received item is damaged. Should you wish to initiate a cancellation, we kindly request that you provide a notice via email or SMS with a minimum 14-day advance notice. In such cases, you will be issued a credit note in accordance with our terms.
